Services

The Revenue Safety Net — Healthcare Engine is a fully deployed, HIPAA-compliant patient acquisition infrastructure system built exclusively for dental and orthodontic practices. This is not a software subscription — it is a complete AI-powered system that captures every missed call, performs a full 6-point patient intake (name, date of birth, address, insurance provider, and preferred availability), and routes a 90%-complete patient file to your front desk before the call ends. Built on 14 years of advanced local SEO architecture, the Healthcare Engine combines 24/7 Voice AI patient capture, local search dominance, automated Google Business Profile reputation management, and continuous AI optimization under one monthly system. Every overflow call becomes a qualified lead. Every missed call becomes a captured patient file.

Payment & Contract Terms

Payments for services must be made in accordance with the pricing and terms agreed upon. Our Healthcare Engine package requires a $997 non-refundable one-time setup fee, followed by a recurring $617 monthly fee. The first case it captures pays for 18 months. This is an initial 6-month agreement, which then transitions to month-to-month or an agreed-upon timeline by both parties, and continues until cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refunds will be issued for any services rendered. The setup fee is strictly a one-time, non-refundable payment.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, copy, and strategies provided by Revenue Recovery Systems LLC. remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a license to use the materials for their business purposes.

Data & Security

We collect data and keep it secure. By using our services, you agree to our data handling practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

Limitation of Liability & Outcomes

While we strive to deliver exceptional results and improved ROI, Revenue Recovery Systems LLC. cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings or exact numbers of new patients. Results vary from practice to practice, and we are not responsible for results that do not match your expectations. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
